Change, Cancellation & Refund Policy

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Please ensure that all your order details are correct before submitting your order. Once your order is placed, we begin working on it immediately to ensure perfection and a timely delivery. We bake every order from scratch, customized specifically for your unique requests (flavors, designs, quantities, etc.).

Therefore, once your order is made, we are unable to use it for any other purpose and cannot offer a cancellation or refund.

Changes or cancellations requested a week before your scheduled delivery day are generally made, but are subject to a forfeiture of 35% of the order fee. 

In some circumstances, if your order is placed far in advance and is not yet in the weekly production schedule, we may be able to accommodate a change or delay your order to a future delivery date. 

 

CHANGES TO SHIPPING/DELIVERY DETAILS

Any changes to your delivery details (date or address) must be submitted 24 hours prior to the order due date. Change requests after that time will not be accepted.

 

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

For custom orders, the total amount has to be fully paid. Note that your order is not confirmed and will not be produced until payment is made.  A customer care team member will assist you with all billing-related matters. 

 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds unless an unintended mistake was made by Baked's staff (missing or damaged treat). In this case please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.

If delivery information is given incorrect or incomplete, which results in a delay or non-delivery, the order will not be eligible for any refunds. 

For island wide deliveries, we have our own agents. Once an order has left our kitchen, there may factors out of our control that may come up and cause a delay in delivery. In these cases we cannot offer a refund.
