ISLAND WIDE DELIVERY: Free Delivery on all orders over $150.
Please see our detailed rates below:
1. Orders Less than $150 - $15
2. Rush Delivery (2 Day Delivery) - $25
3. Custom Orders - Price will be included in the quote that is sent, prior to order confirmation.
4. Pick-up at the Rubber Tree - FREE (Please specify a designated time in the notes section of your order).
Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM
Saturday from 10AM - 3PM
Sunday from 10AM - 2PM
FAILED DELIVERIES: Please note that a re-delivery fee of $15 will apply for failed delivery attempts. Same-day re-deliveries may be available depending on our delivery schedule, but are NOT guaranteed to be an option. You may also pick up your deliver for no additional fee. Please contact us immediately to reschedule your delivery.
ORDER DEADLINES: Order online by 5PM Atlantic Daylight Time (5:00 PM ADT) for next day local delivery or in-store pick-up. You may also schedule your order for a future date.
CHANGE IN DELIVERY: Once an order is placed, we are generally unable to adjust local delivery or shipping dates, especially when desired delivery or ship date is within 24 hours. Please contact a Customer Care team member for immediate assistance: hello@sweetesbakeshop.com.
ISLANDWIDE DELIVERIES
BOOKING DATE: Select the date you want your order to be delivered. Your order will be delivered on that specific day, between 9AM and 5PM, unless a specific time has been requested.
If you need your order to arrive on a specific delivery date, not offered online, please contact us prior to placing your order at info@bakedbda.com.
DELAYED SHIPMENTS: We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time. However, we may experience delays due to weather, mechanical errors, or natural disasters. If your order is delayed due to one of these outside factors, please contact info@bakedbda.com.
RECIPIENT MUST BE PRESENT: You must be present to receive your order for any local delivery. Our delivery drivers will contact the phone number provided in advance of delivery. Delivery drivers will make their presence known upon arrival either by ringing bell/doorbell, knocking on door or pressing a call box. Delivery drivers will wait up to 10 minutes at your delivery address before an order is deemed undeliverable. If you live in an apartment building with lobby access, please note that we cannot leave your delivery unattended.
UNATTENDED DELIVERY: If you are unable to meet your delivery driver at your delivery address and express to your delivery driver in advance that you would like your delivery left unattended, Baked is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss to your delivery.
DELIVERY TO RESTAURANTS, SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, & OTHER BUSINESS: Please note that a recipient must be available to accept the delivery upon our driver’s arrival. Please let us know in advance for special delivery instructions. If you would like your order left unattended at a business, Baked is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss to your delivery.
RE-DELIVERY: Please note that a re-delivery fee will apply for failed delivery attempts. Re-delivery fees will be due prior to re-delivery at the same rate as your original delivery fee. Same day re-deliveries may be available depending on our delivery schedule, but are not guaranteed to be an option. You may also pick up your order for no additional fee.
